Pinot Noir dominant and with more than 2 years resting on its lees before disgorgement, this rich, complex and refined sparkling really makes a statement.
The nose is inviting with peach and apple aromas underpinned by the beautiful yeasty aromas associated with a top Champagne.
The finely textured palate has notes of baked crumble and crusty bread, layered on a tight, snappy palate with taut acidity, lovely concentration and a very long finish.
