- Bemuse Original Brut Non Alcoholic Sparkling Mead, South East England: Bemuse Original Brut Sparkling Mead is made with wildflower honey: it is polyfloral which means the honey bees forage on a glorious variety of blossoms and the honey has a complex flavour with lingering notes of green apple and mint.
- Peony Blush, Naturally Fermented Non Alcoholic Sparkling Tea, The Real Drinks Co., Buckinghamshire, England: Peony Blush is made using White Peony tea. Otherwise known as Bai Mudan, this is a delicate, white tea from Fujian, a coastal province of Southeastern China.
Named after the petals of the White Peony, the tea is characterised by its tender, downy-white leaves which are hand-picked in early Spring. Fruity and bright on the nose with notes of strawberry, yoghurt and luscious summer fruits. Buttery and well-rounded on the palate with flavours of cherry, strawberry and a deeply complex finish. - Zero Point Five Pinot Noir 0.5%, JJ Leitz, Pinot Noir, Baden, Germany: The Zero-Point-Five offers clean and fresh with notes of red currant and cherries; nicely integrated tannic structure and an almost dry finish, which is remarkably long. An impressive wine.
