Urlar is Gaelic for the Earth, and this estate is truly dedicated to the land and their vines. Producing outstanding single vineyard wines from organically grown grapes using Biodynamic principles, Urlar produce wines that reflect their origin.

They graze sheep in their vineyards during the winter to help control the grass growth, with the added bonus of recycling nutrients back into the soil.

Only the free-run juice from the lightest of pressings was used to make this wine. The juice was fermented and aged in old French barrels, resulting in a wonderful roundness and creaminess on the palate.

Fruit-filled, the nose offers aromas of honeysuckle, pear and stone fruit. Fantastic texture, length and a beautiful wine.
