To capture the journey the Osprey takes each year, we have blended acorn and elderflower from Rutland, we have then infused grains of paradise and hibiscus found in Guinea Bissau, Africa.

Handcrafted in a small farmyard Kitchen in rural Cambridgeshire, Hay Chocolate is the brain child of Lucy Felice who perfected the art of chocolate making whist working at a variety of cafes, tea rooms and a chocolate shop.
