The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from the Colchagua valley which sits in the middle of Chile’s main central valley. Colchagua is widely regarded as one of the best locations for red varieties in Chile and many illustrious wineries are based here. The warm, Mediterranean type climate suits Cabernet really well, allowing it to ripen fully, late into the season. A cool short fermentation to preserve fruit aroma and maceration on the skins for only a few days to extract nice colour but minimal tannins. No oak is used. Early bottling to keep the wine’s youthful style.
Bursting with red and blackcurrant fruits, soft and pure with gentle tannins and a hint of green bell pepper on the finish.
