About This Wine
The Wine
A single-parcel Rioja made exclusively from Tempranillo Peludo. The grapes are destemmed by hand and fermented for ten days with native yeast selected from the estate's vineyards. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by 20 months' ageing in 90% French and 10% American oak.
