This award winning free range pork salami is made renowned local farmhouse blue cheese, Dorset Blue Vinny. We combine the punchy Dorset Blue Vinny cheese with sweet figs for a wonderful balance of flavour.
Whole salami, approximately 150g
Ingredients: Pork (82%), Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese (5%) (Cow’s MILK, Starter, Vegetarian Rennet, Blue Penicillium, Salt), Red Wine, Pork Fat, Salt, Dried Fig, Garlic, Herbs, Spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).
