About This Wine
The Wine
Made entirely from hand-harvested, hand-selected Syrah. Following seven days of cold maceration, the wine ferments for ten days at 28–30°C, receives a further seven days of maceration and undergoes malolactic conversion. It then matures for 12 months in 65% oak barrels and 35% stainless-steel vats.
