The inaugural gin from Isle of Raasay Distillery, fittingly dubbed Isle of Raasay Gin! A tipple of firsts, it’s also the very first spirit to be legally distilled on the island, which has a long history of illicit distilling. Among the 10 botanicals are local Raasay juniper, rhubarb root and even Raasay triple distilled spirit. Delicious stuff from the Hebrides.
