Our Colombia single origin comes from a very special corner of the couxntry, a heady 1800 metres above sea level, where members of specialist cooperative CENCOIC carefully tend the beans to bring out their natural citrus notes of orange and pineapple. It brews especially well using V60 or Chemex®. We particularly enjoy this as a long black.
