The Roebuck Classic Cuvee brings a sparkle that’s both refined and welcoming – it’s a fantastic way to kick off any celebration. The Rully Blanc from Louis Latour captures Burgundy’s famed elegance, with floral and nutty notes that make it a joy to sip. I have a soft spot for the Saint Maur Sauvignon Blanc; its unique aging process gives it a complexity and richness rarely seen, ideal for festive pairings.
For reds, the Malleolus Tempranillo and Manata Pinot Noir offer warmth and structure – both perfect for winter evenings and rich, comforting meals. And the Closerie de Vaudieu Châteauneuf-du-Pape is pure indulgence; it’s powerful, bold, and a fitting tribute to any grand celebration. Ending with the Mylitta Tokaji is my way of adding a sweet, unforgettable touch – it’s lush and vibrant, bringing a sense of luxury to the season.
