In order to shine, Chenin Blanc requires careful management in the vineyard to tame its natural vigor and produce wines of character. Known for having naturally high levels of acidity, it is an incredibly versatile variety successfully producing all styles: sparkling, clean and zesty, oak aged and even sweet dessert wines.
