Description
Having worked tirelessly since 1887 studying the relationship between Malbec vines and ‘terroir’, the Vigouroux family are the undisputed specialists in France when it comes to producing Malbec. The estate and Chateaux are now run by the 4th generation, or in the words of Bertrand ‘Malbec has flowed through the veins of the Vigouroux family for four generations.’
Meaning ‘that which colours’ in Latin, Pigmentum has a deep hue in line with its name. Intense aromas of red and black fruits on the nose, the palate has great structure and is defined by elegant tannins.
