Made using Dorset cider from the Isle of Purbeck, this free range salami is wonderfully aromatic from the pink peppercorns. Unique and utterly delicious.
The Real Cure Wild Dorset Venison Chorizo
110g whole chorizo (Gluten Free)
Made using sweet, smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera) and a mix of herbs and spices, including oregano that comes though beautifully on the palate.
The chorizos are smoked for 3 days over oak to add an extra layer of smokiness to the already smoked paprika.
