From South Africa’s Western Cape, the Aloe Tree Chenin Blanc offers tropical guava and orange blossom aromas, with juicy apple and peach on the palate, finishing crisp and refreshing. The Calusari Rosé from Romania brings summer to your glass, bursting with strawberry and cranberry notes, elegant, light, and perfectly balanced. I’ve wanted to create a Vegan Christmas Hamper that feels just as special and indulgent as our classic festive collections — and this is it. Each of these wines stands out for its balance, quality, and authenticity. The Aloe Tree Chenin Blanc has such wonderful freshness — it’s a wine that instantly transports me to the cool breezes of the Cape. The Calusari Rosé is one of those effortless wines that makes people smile — light, joyful, and full of fruit. And the Malbec… well, it’s everything a great Argentinian red should be — smooth, generous, and beautifully made.
Pairing these wines with artisan vegan treats was a real pleasure. The chocolate fudge is impossibly moreish, and the chutney from The Jam Queen is divine — a perfect example of how local craftsmanship and flavour can shine in a plant-based hamper. I think this box captures the spirit of the season perfectly: mindful, delicious, and made for sharing.
