Handpicked in 2021 from towering trees on a single family farm, the two varieties — Helen’s Early and Brandy — were wild fermented and distilled separately before being carefully blended. The result is a beautifully balanced expression combining the crystalline citrus and floral lift of Helen’s Early with the rich, spiced depth of Brandy.

The palate is layered and aromatic, offering ripe pear flesh, green leaf, sun-warmed wood and gentle spice. Sweet floral notes mingle with savoury pear-skin complexity to create a long, harmonious finish that captures the essence of autumn orchards.
