The Wine
Part of Handpicked Wines’ Collection series, this Chardonnay was crafted to express the regional character of the Mornington Peninsula. Whole-bunch-pressed fruit underwent French oak fermentation, including partial wild and malolactic fermentation, followed by 11 months in seasoned and new barrels.

The Mornington Peninsula is a maritime region around 50km south-east of central Melbourne. Year-round sea breezes moderate its climate, while vineyards around 200 metres elevation are slightly cooler than those on lower ground.
