Description
Bemuse Original Brut Sparkling Mead is made with wildflower honey: it is polyfloral which means the honey bees forage on a glorious variety of blossoms and the honey has a complex flavour with lingering notes of green apple and mint.
Don’t take our word for it, legendary wine critic Janis Robinson had this to say about Bemuse:
“Very floral and fragrant and pretty on the nose. Elegant and super refreshing. Not sweet at all, in fact it tastes almost bone dry. The honey is just a backdrop, barely there. This is complex and refreshing. Well done Bemuse!”
Jancis Robinson – British wine critic, journalist and wine writer.
Bright, zingy, with hints of gooseberry and green apple besides hoppy notes and a racy acidity with a lift of toasted brioche and lemon sherbet on the finish.
This pairs beautifully with seafood, al fresco lunches, canapés or as an aperitif.
