Novapalma means new hand and this name represents the fresh modern approach they take to winemaking at the estate situated around the ancient star-shaped fortified town in Fruili. Organically certified and made gently Novapalma is an excellent example of prosecco.
A light straw yellow wine, fresh and fruity, with light notes of wild flowers and fresh fruit. Fresh, balanced and with beautiful fruity notes. The mousse is thin and well diffused and in the mouth it is soft and round.

For generations, the Castaño family have been a pioneer in Yecla, and have come to symbolise the best of what southern Spain has to offer: rich, warm climate wines made from organic grapes grown at altitude, resulting in wines of great character and finesse.

This fragrant, easy drinking Macabeo exhibits aromas of apple, pear and quince. The palate is dry with a lifted finish. With vines planted at 500 metres above sea level on north-facing slopes, this wine has a wonderful acidity.
