-
Copper Pot | Thorne & Daughters | Pinot Noir | South Africa
Elegant and perfumed with notes of rose, redcurrant and wild herbs. Silky tannins and juicy acidity give balance, while nutmeg and plum add warmth. -
Hazel’s Vineyard Reserve BDX | McHenry Hohnen | Margaret River, Australia
A biodynamic Bordeaux-inspired blend dominated by Malbec, with layers of boysenberry, blackcurrant, cocoa and wild lavender. Powerful, plush and silky. -
Bonera | Mandrarossa | Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Franc | Sicily, Italy
Ruby red and generous, this Sicilian red delivers ripe plums, dried fruit and almond notes with soft tannins and a long, satisfying finish. -
Crianza | Marqués de Burgos | Tempranillo | Ribera del Duero, Spain
Intense and powerful, with wild berries, cherry, spice and roasted coffee. Aged in French oak for 14 months, giving concentration and elegance. -
Iscay | Trapiche | Syrah, Viognier | Mendoza, Argentina
Deep and sophisticated, with damson, black cherry, woodsmoke and a touch of apricot and honeysuckle. Velvety texture with a long, spice-laden finish. -
Ludovico Rosso Riserva | Tenute Orestiadi | Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon | Sicily, Italy
Full-bodied and complex, shaped by Sicily’s warm climate and clay-limestone soils. Richly flavoured, hand-harvested and beautifully structured.
Together, these six bottles form a remarkable wine case designed to bring richness, warmth and sophistication to your table.

Becky Says:
This case is about indulgence and discovery. Each bottle has been chosen for its ability to transform a cosy evening into something memorable. The Pinot Noir is delicate and expressive, a wine that makes you slow down and savour. The Ribera del Duero shows the power and intensity of Tempranillo at its finest, while the Margaret River blend is a masterclass in elegance and balance.
I’ve included two very different Sicilian reds – one with plush fruit and almond warmth, the other a more structured and complex Riserva – because I think Sicily offers some of the most exciting wines in Europe right now. And the Iscay from Mendoza is simply stunning: velvety, layered, and one of those wines that lingers in the memory long after the last glass. This is a case for true wine lovers, perfect for winter evenings or sharing with friends around the fire.
