The Remarkable Spring Wine Case is a refined, expressive collection that brings together exceptional wines from some of the world’s most exciting producers. This is a step beyond the everyday – a carefully curated mixed wine case designed for those who appreciate quality, craftsmanship and a true sense of place.
To begin, a beautifully balanced Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Reserve sets the tone. Crafted from a classic Burgundian blend, it delivers elegance, freshness and fine bubbles, with layers of fruit and finesse that make it perfect for celebrations or simply elevating the moment.
The Riesling from Markus Molitor is a standout example of Mosel precision. Light, aromatic and incredibly pure, it combines vibrant fruit with slate-driven minerality and a crisp, saline finish that lingers effortlessly.
Adding intrigue, the Ramato Pinot Grigio from Perusini offers a more textural, skin-contact style. Copper-hued and gently spiced, it shows notes of strawberry and peach skin with a savoury edge, bringing depth and character to the case.
Maison Saint Aix Rosé is Provence at its most polished. Fresh red berries, citrus lift and a fine mineral backbone combine to create a rosé that is both elegant and refreshingly vibrant – a benchmark for the style.
The reds are equally compelling. Brennan’s Central Otago Pinot Noir is generous yet precise, with layers of alpine strawberry, wild herbs and subtle spice, all wrapped in a silky, expressive structure.
From Rioja Alavesa, the Graciano by Etérea Kripan is a wine of energy and purity. Bright red fruits, floral notes and a mineral edge give way to a fresh, lifted palate with remarkable tension and depth.
This premium spring wine case offers contrast, character and discovery in every bottle. Perfect for those looking to explore something distinctive, entertain with confidence, or enjoy wines that truly stand out.
The Crémant is a brilliant way to start – elegant, versatile and always impressive. I’ve included the Molitor Riesling because it’s such a pure expression of the Mosel, and the Ramato Pinot Grigio brings something a little different, which I always think keeps things exciting.
AIX Rosé had to be in here – it’s consistently one of the best expressions of Provence. Then the reds are all about finesse and character rather than weight. The Central Otago Pinot Noir is beautifully expressive, and the Graciano is something a bit more unusual that really rewards a closer look.
If you’re looking for a case that feels thoughtful, considered and just that little bit elevated, this is it.
