Made with grapes from vineyards with plenty of exposure to the sun, picking is carried out in the early morning so the grapes retain their acidity.

The wine posses a vibrant mousse and has a fresh nose. Crisp, deliciously frothy and filled with ripe apple and citrus fruit character, it is the model of a perfectly formed Prosecco
