Description
Named after the critically endangered Langur Monkey, the grapes for this wine are grown throughout Victoria and harvested in the cool of the night to ensure they reach the winery in peak condition for pressing.
With aromas of dark fruit and subtle vanilla attributed to the gentle barrel ageing that 20% of the juice undergoes prior to final blending and bottling, the nose is a beautiful heady mix.
The palate is smooth with flavours of ripe plum, blackberry and mulberry, notes of sweet spice and black pepper.
