Description
Domaine de la Dourbie is an old site, established in 1782, with the name being taken from the small river, La Dourbie, that flows into the river Hérault. Authenticity and quality are the touchstones here. Laurent and his team took over running of the Domaine in 2003 and have removed any non-local varieties and have re-planted native grapes, such as the superb and rare Terret Bourret.
A deep garnet, red colour. An expressive nose with a hint of spice and smoke from cinsault and syrah leading to red
berries on the palate. So easy to appreciate, drink and enjoy.
