The 2 families of the Ferraris and the Perinis, met for the first time in 1882 and since then have helped to write the history Italian wine together by founding the Cantine 4 Valli, of which Borgofulvia is part.

Produced in the same way as Prosecco leading to a light and delicate perlage – fine bubbles. Soft and fruity this sparkling wine is a perfect aperitif and also works really well with seafood.
