These single glass sized bottles of Prosecco are perfect if you want a glass of fizz without having to open a full bottle.
Grown to the northeast of Treviso, selected parcels of Glera grapes are hand harvested at perfect ripeness. This gives the wine a superb balance between fruit and the brilliant acidity.
From the mosaic of vineyards that criss-cross the hills of Prosecco. Lively, delicate, with hints of zesty citrus and green apple.
Works amazingly well on it’s own, part of a Spritz or Bellini or alongside a host of tiny nibbles. The ultimate aperitif.
