Description
For Karl Fritsch, winegrowing is not a business but a vocation. Based in Oberstockstall in the Wagram, he farms biodynamically and is part of the “Respekt” group of like-minded estates. His focus is on Grüner and Roter Veltliner, alongside Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, each shaped by loess, slate, and granite soils. The aim is purity and honesty: wines that reflect both their Austrian roots and the rhythms of nature.
Yellow orchard fruit with a dusting of white pepper and herbs. Fresh yet rounded, with lively acidity driving a clean, moreish finish.
