Description
The vines average 30 years old and are located on soil types of clay and limestone. Lucien Lurton added to the original terroir by acquiring plots near the banks of the Dordogne, which are high up on the slopes of Cabara and Saint Aubin de Branne where there are excellent limestone soils, covered with a layer of clay. Traditional viticultural methods are used along with machine harvest and strict sorting process.
Warm, spicy Bordeaux red, heady with cinnamon and clove, followed by a juicy mouthful of red and black fruit.
