Description
The first pages of the story of the wine from Cramele Recaș were written starting in 1447, through the existence of a notarial document, currently in the collection of the Banat Museum, which confirms the first official attestation of the Recaș Domains in written sources.
This document attests to the fact that Mihail de Ciorna, the ban of Severin, had bought the vineyards on these lands from the nobles Ioan and Ecaterina Magyar for 32 florins (the Hungarian gold coin that circulated at the time).
A classic no fuss Pinot Noir with atypical soft red fruits, mature nose and all enveloping, sensual lush structure, it just grows and grows in the glass.
