Over the last three decades, it has consistently been recognized as one of the best producers of the Casablanca Valley. Over the last decade, using the Valley’s exceptional terroir and unique characteristics, the new generation has introduced innovating winemaking techniques to create new premium wines of structure and elegance.
A juicy and rounded, silky-smooth Chardonnay, with mellowed fruit character and an impression of sweetness. The oak is very delicately-applied: there’s just enough of it to identify this as Chardonnay, but it’s very much in the background. Irresistibly relaxed, easy-drinking wine.
