Description
Trapiche dates back to 1883, when it was founded by Tiburcio Benegas, one of the most important figures in the history of Argentine wine. One of oldest wineries in Argentina, they were also the first Argentine winery to export wines out of the country.
Head winemaker Daniel Pi is considered one of the best in the country with his wines always fairing well in competitions.
Bursting with raspberries and red cherries beneath a lovely, lasting fragrance of violets. There are hints of vanilla and spice on the palate from the having been aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels. A juicy finish with great length.
