Description
Located on a slope that descends from the mountain, Gualtallary offers heights ranging from 1,100 to 1,500 meters above sea level. This height subjects the vineyards to a great sun exposure, mostly to the ultraviolet radiation that causes the plant to react generating more polyphenols and tannins to protect the seeds. This indirectly benefits the quality of the wines made with these grapes by providing it with high content of colour and body.
Intense, vibrant red ruby colour. Excellent expression and good varietal tipicity. Fine spicy nose of black pepper and clove. Fruit hints and cassis liqueur. The mouthfeel is big and balanced on structure with bright acidity and long finish.
