Description
From the much-celebrated shingle soils of the Gimblett Gravels, hails the region’s most exciting boutique label: Squawking Magpie. From their very first plantings in 1995, emphasis has been placed on creating outstanding wines by focusing on viticultural excellence.
With aromas of dark berries, baking spice and liquorice, the palate is concentrated showing peppery and toasty oak characters. Velvety textured, this wine has supple tannins with a firm, smooth, spicy finish and sustained length.
